I animated this digital display project in collaboration with the design team at Groundswell Experiential.

THE ASK
Create a looping animation for a large digital display to be used at an activation event for TikTok Shop.
BEHIND THE SCENES
I used a lot of classic animation techniques such as smearing, squash and stretch, and overshooting to make this animation feel bubbly and lively. I also implemented the use of 3D cameras to give it a more dynamic feel.
PROCESS
For abstract pieces such as this one, I like to sketch out a rough idea of the movements I want to make. From there I take apart the design file to make sure all of the pieces I want to animate are moveable.
